What to Bring on Your First Day in Martial Arts
Don’t worry—we keep it simple.
Wear comfy clothes you’d work out or stretch in. Think gym clothes—something easy to move, jump, and kick in.
No shoes or socks on the mat—we train barefoot to keep things safe and clean.
Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
Arrive 15 Minutes Early
For your first day in martial arts, arriving early impacts your experience. This gives you time to meet your instructor, get comfortable with the space, and chat about your goals. Want to build confidence? Improve fitness? Learn something new? Let’s talk about how we can help.
