Join our Family Classes at 3:30 PM or 7:15 PM, or progress through Intermediate and Advanced Belt Ranks at 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM. For balance and wellness, try our Tai Chi sessions — Mondays & Wednesdays at 7:00 AM and Mondays & Thursdays at 12:15 PM. With flexible times and expert instructors, it’s easy to find a class that fits your schedule.
