We're so happy we found Choes HapKiDo. When we walked in for that first class, we could tell right away it was going to be a great fit for our son. The instructors are awesome, they really know how to work with kids and keep them motivated.
My son started here two years ago and the difference is amazing. He's picked up so many new skills and techniques, but the best part is seeing how much more confident he's become.
I'm really looking forward to seeing where his karate journey takes him. This place has been such a positive influence and I'd definitely recommend it to other parents.

I've been training at this Hapkido for a month now and it's been such a great experience. Everyone is friendly, supportive, and respectful. The environment is very welcoming whether you're a complete beginner or have prior experience. It's so much fun to get back into martial arts once again.
If you're looking for a martial arts school where you can improve your skills, boost your confidence, and be part of a positive, motivating community, I highly recommend checking this place out 😀

This is the best place for martial arts, Hapkido! All my 3 sons have been attending it for years and they love it! All instructors lead with kindness and respect and teach all kids the same values! My twin sons have been training here for 4 years now, have learnt to defend themselves, gained confidence and improved on both attention and social skills! I highly recommend it!

I can’t say enough good things about Hapkido Karate. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming, disciplined, and full of positive energy. The instructors are incredibly skilled—not just in martial arts, but in teaching. They strike the perfect balance between structure and encouragement, making sure every student grows in both skill and confidence.
Whether you’re a beginner or looking to advance your training, Choe’s Hapkido offers something for everyone. Classes are well-organized, challenging, and fun. The focus on respect, self-discipline, and physical fitness is outstanding. I have grown so much not just as a martial artist, but as a person.

I absolutely love training at Choe’s HapKiDo Martial Arts in Cumming! Their kickboxing classes are the perfect mix of everything — we start with a great cardio warm-up, move into strength training, and end with stretches that really help with recovery. The workouts are super well-rounded and never feel repetitive.
The instructors are amazing — they bring so much energy and genuinely care about helping everyone improve at their own pace. I always leave class feeling stronger, fitter, and more confident.

My son is a student here and he enjoys his class thoroughly. The instructors are really nice and they spend time and effort to teach the kids how to do hapkido/karate the right way. It also helps instill more discipline and focus in the students. I definitely recommend it for every kid
